Still Forming ModelContinue slapping the clay, using tool #3. Rotate the model in one hand while using the tool to paddle the clay into a more elongated shape. |

Finishing ModelSpray the model with water, then use the palms of your hands to smooth the surface. Examine the surface under an angled light to check for irregularities. If you notice any, use tool #2 to scrape the surface smooth, and fill in any hollows. Moisten the surface again and use palms for the final smoothing. |

| Now using tool #4, slice the model lengthwise. Don't cut through the flattened "bottom." |
